The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for developing financial models, conducting variance analysis, preparing management reports, and assisting with the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Skills: Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint Presentations, ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), GAAP Principles Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred, 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role, Proven experience with financial statement analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely, Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, Proficiency in financial software and robust data management skills
