We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This critical role will play a key part in supporting our strategic decision-making process through robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complex financial models, conducting variance analysis, assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles, and providing insightful recommendations to senior management. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (including VBA), Financial Modeling and Valuation, Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), GAAP Principles, Strategic Planning, Strong Analytical Skills, Excellent Communication (written and verbal), Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred, 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking, Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models, Solid understanding of financial statements, corporate finance concepts, and accounting principles, Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software is a plus, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, CFA or CPA designation is a significant advantage
