Join our critical care team as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, where you will provide immediate, life-saving care to patients experiencing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. You will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, triage, intervention, and stabilization, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We are seeking a compassionate and resilient professional dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care during critical moments. Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, Triage and rapid patient assessment, Critical thinking and problem-solving, IV insertion and medication administration, Wound care and minor procedure assistance, Crisis intervention and de-escalation, Effective communication and teamwork, Adaptability and resilience under pressure Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California, Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire, Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations, Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
