We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend services that power our core products. You will work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, contributing significantly to our platform's architecture and future direction. Skills: Python, Java, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Distributed Systems, Problem Solving, System Design, Mentorship Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development., Proven expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go) and associated frameworks., Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design principles., Experience designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable distributed systems., Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases., Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)., Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with a track record of mentoring junior engineers., Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
