We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust backend services that power our core products. You will contribute to critical architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in software development. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging problems with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience within a collaborative environment. Skills: Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems, Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git, Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks, Knowledge of caching strategies and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable systems, Proven track record of technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical initiatives, Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment, Experience with system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
