We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position involves financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparing detailed financial reports for senior management. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met and to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. Skills: Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, Presentation Skills, Strategic Thinking Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role., Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial statements., Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models., Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions)., Experience with large-scale ERP systems and BI tools is a significant plus., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment., Strong written and verbal communication skills.
