We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, contributing directly to strategic decision-making across the organization. Skills: Financial Modeling, Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), Data Analysis, Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, SQL, BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), PowerPoint Presentation Development Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role., Proven experience in building and maintaining complex financial models and conducting scenario analysis., Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements., Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail., Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance stakeholders., Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., CFA or MBA designation is a significant plus.
