We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend services that power our core products. You'll work on complex challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and help mentor junior engineers, all while shaping the future of our platform. Skills: Expertise in at least one backend language: Python, Java, Go, or Node.js, Experience with microservices architecture, Proficiency with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB), Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development, Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git, Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions, Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives, Ability to work effectively in an agile development environment, Passion for learning new technologies and improving existing systems
