Skills: Python, Go, Java, Node.js, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL Databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), Distributed Systems, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, RabbitMQ, System Design, Data Structures & Algorithms, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, CI/CD, Git Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on building scalable and resilient distributed systems., Proven expertise in at least one modern backend language (Python, Go, Java, or Node.js)., Extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning., Demonstrable experience designing and implementing highly available and fault-tolerant microservices., Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and services (preferably AWS)., Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)., Familiarity with message queues and stream processing technologies (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)., Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and system design principles., Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills., Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and mentor junior engineers.
