We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly qualified High School Science Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective science instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and preparing students for future academic and career success. This role requires a commitment to student-centered learning, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for making science accessible and exciting for all learners. Skills: Expertise in teaching multiple high school science disciplines (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Proficiency in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards, Strong classroom management and student motivation techniques, Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs, Effective communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues, Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools, Assessment design and data analysis for instructional improvement, Collaboration and teamwork within a professional learning community Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, Valid state teaching certification/licensure in High School Science (grades 9-12), Minimum of 2 years of full-time high school teaching experience in science, Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment, Successful completion of a background check and fingerprinting, Knowledge of current educational best practices and curriculum frameworks
