We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance across the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial principles, exceptional modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders. Skills: Advanced financial modeling and valuation techniques, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights), Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements, Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, Ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely, Critical thinking and problem-solving acumen, Attention to detail and accuracy Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 4-6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking, Proven track record of developing sophisticated financial models and forecasts, Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, CFA candidacy or certification is highly preferred, Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
