The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Skills: Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint Presentation, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Valuation Methodologies, GAAP/IFRS Knowledge, Financial Reporting, SQL (preferred), Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), Strong Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking., Proven ability to build, maintain, and audit complex financial models., Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements., Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)., Excellent analytical, organizational, and presentation skills., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., CFA designation or MBA is a significant plus.
