We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective, and innovative online learning experiences for a diverse range of subjects and audiences. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, faculty, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into clear, interactive, and outcomes-driven educational modules. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and educational technology to create impactful learning solutions. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration, E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), Multimedia Development (audio, video, graphics), Adult Learning Theory, Curriculum Development, Learning Analytics, Project Management, Technical Writing, User Experience (UX) Design for Learning Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)., 3+ years of progressive experience in instructional design, preferably in an online learning environment., Proven experience designing and developing asynchronous and synchronous online learning content., Strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects and learning solutions., Proficiency with at least one major LMS (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment., Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating and improving learning effectiveness.
