We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced nursing skills, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires exceptional critical thinking, a strong commitment to patient safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Skills: Critical Care Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Patient Assessment, Medication Administration, Ventilator Management, Electronic Health Records (EHR) Proficiency, Strong Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Empathy and Compassion, Time Management Requirements: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution., Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an RN in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or similar critical care setting., Current BLS and ACLS certification required., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed., Physical ability to perform duties typical of an RN role, including standing for long periods, lifting, and assisting patients.
