The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing insightful financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving financial performance across the organization. This position involves complex financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and detailed variance analysis, with opportunities to present findings to senior leadership. Skills: Financial Modeling, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Data Analysis, GAAP/IFRS, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, SAP/Oracle ERP (preferred), SQL (a plus), Communication Skills, Critical Thinking, Problem-solving, Attention to Detail Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role., Proven experience building and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts., Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and accounting concepts., Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills., Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely., CFA or MBA a significant plus.
