Skills: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Electronic Medical Record (EMR) proficiency, Critical thinking and rapid assessment, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, IV insertion and phlebotomy, Medication administration and management, Wound care and suturing assistance, Triage and prioritization, Crisis intervention Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience, Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State Name], Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting, Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications upon hire, Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move patients as required
