We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from conception to deployment. You will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to both front-end and back-end systems, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This position requires a strong technical leader who can drive projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences and robust solutions. Skills: React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), Docker, Git, CI/CD Pipelines, Agile Methodologies, Problem Solving, Communication, Mentorship Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience., 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development., Demonstrable expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and Node.js backend development., Strong understanding of database design, optimization, and querying (SQL and NoSQL)., Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying scalable applications., Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git., Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker., Proven ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural decisions, and guide development efforts., Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
