You will work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute individualized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality. Skills: Critical Care Nursing, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Ventilator Management, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Medication Administration, Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems, Patient Assessment, Clinical Decision Making, Communication Skills, Team Collaboration, Problem-Solving, Empathy Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant critical care experience will be considered., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care setting., Current BLS and ACLS certifications required. PALS certification preferred., Strong understanding of critical care principles, practices, and patient safety protocols., Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled., Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations., Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
