Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role., Demonstrated strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and accounting concepts., Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and conduct in-depth data analysis., Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan) is a plus., CFA designation or progress towards it is highly desirable., Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
