Requirements:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field., Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in a higher education setting., Demonstrated expertise with major LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)., Strong portfolio showcasing successful online course designs and instructional materials., Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex instructional concepts clearly., Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, subject matter experts, and technical teams., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
