Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field., 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development., Proven experience with at least one major backend programming language (Python, Go, Java, Node.js)., Demonstrable experience designing and implementing highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend services., Solid understanding of database design, optimization, and various data storage technologies., Experience with cloud-native development and deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP., Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)., Strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including design patterns, code reviews, and testing methodologies., Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment and adapt to evolving requirements., Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
