We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to join our innovative education team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences for our diverse student population and professional development programs. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, educators, and multimedia specialists to transform complex content into accessible, interactive, and impactful educational materials across various modalities, including online courses, blended learning, and instructor-led training. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing learning outcomes and fostering a culture of continuous growth. Skills: Instructional Design Methodologies (ADDIE, SAM), Learning Theories (e.g., Constructivism, Cognitivism, Connectivism), E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration & Design, Curriculum Development, Adult Learning Principles, Multimedia Content Creation (audio, video, graphics), Assessment Design & Evaluation, Project Management, Data Analysis for Learning Improvement, Accessibility Standards (e.g., WCAG) Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field., 3-5 years of proven professional experience in instructional design, preferably within an educational institution or learning technology company., Demonstrated ability to design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions for various audiences and delivery methods., Strong portfolio showcasing successful instructional design projects and deliverables., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely., Experience collaborating effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams., Proficiency in creating compelling visual aids and incorporating multimedia elements into learning content., Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
