We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing critical financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving operational efficiency across the organization. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and forecasting, working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions), Financial modeling and valuation techniques, Budgeting and forecasting, Variance analysis and reporting, Data analysis and interpretation, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent written and verbal communication, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, Attention to detail and accuracy, Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS principles, Proficiency with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably within a corporate finance department or financial services industry, Proven experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, CFA candidate or certification is a strong advantage, Authorization to work in the United States
